Java’s Smores Crunch
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Java’s Coffee Liker
- 1 oz Bourbon Whiskey
Sugarhouse Distillery
or Outlaw Distillery
- 1 ½ oz Heavy Whipping Cream
Garnish:
Graham Cracker, Chocolate,
Marshmallow
Instructions:
Dip the rim of an Old Fashioned Glass in melted chocolate and graham cracker. Fill glass with ice then add the Java’s coffee liqueur, Whiskey, and cream. Mix using a long-handled spoon or long straw. Garnish with a freshly toasted marshmallow. Enjoy!
Spiked Summer Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1 can frozen lemonade mix
- 2x750m Bottles of your favorite Hive Winery Fruit Wine

Zion Curtain Raspberry Wine
Bishops Daughter Pie Cherry Wine
Blackberry Wine
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a pitcher. Add ice, mix well and enjoy!
Vanquished
a brandy cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 Frozen Peaches, pitted
- 1 Cup Aged Peach Brandy
- ½ Cup Buzzzzed Honey Spirit
(Substitute Tequila)
- ½ Cup Uncle Dan's Orange LiCURE
- 1 Cup Lemon / Lime Juice
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups Ice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend and Serve. Enjoy!
Makes about 4 servings.

Old Steiny’s Blackberry Whiskey Lemonaid
Ingredients:
- Ice
- ¾ oz Old Steiny’s Blackberry Licker
- 2 oz Sugarhouse Bourbon Whiskey
Garnish:
Lemon, Mint
Instrutions:
Mix lemonade and whiskey together in a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with Old Steiny’s blackberry licker and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig. For those who like a little extra tartness, add a half ounce of lemon juice. Enjoy
Peach & Mint Summer Sorbet
Ingredients:
- 1 Bottle Liquid Sunshine Peach Wine
- ⅓-¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
Add 1 cup of wine, the mint leaves and sugar into a sauce pan and bring to boil. Remove from heat and allow mint to steep for 15 minutes. Strain out mint leaves and allow to cool. Once cooled, mix in remaining wine and freeze overnight or until slushy. Stir well immediately before serving.
Rosemary & Clementine Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
- ½ Peeled Clementine
- 1¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 oz Aged Brandy
we like Aged Pear
- 1 oz Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup**
**Substutute Simple Syrup, with ½ tsp vanilla and ⅛ tsp ground clove.
Garnish:
Additional Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
Instructions:
Strip Rosemary off the Stem and into a cocktail shaker, and muddle well. Add the Clementine and smash.
Pour in the Simple Syrup, Lime Juice and Aged Brandy. Shake with ice until well chilled. Strain into a martini class and serve with a sprig of rosemary for garnish Enjoy!
Raspberry Brownie
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Java’s Coffee Licker
- 1 oz Sheldon’s Raspberry Licker
- 2 oz Heavy Cream
- Ice
Garnish:
Chocolate shavings
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the liqueurs and then top with cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings on the top.
Tipsy Lemon Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- Lemonator Lemon Session Mead
- Iced Tea (Unsweetened)
Garnish:
Sliced Lemon, Mint Leaves
Instructions:
Pour equal parts chilled iced tea and Lemonator Lemon Session Mead over ice in a pint glass. Sweeten to taste. Garnish with a lemon wedge and sprig of mint. Stir and enjoy!
Apple Jack Rabbit
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Aged Apple Brandy
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Fresh Orange Juice
- ½ oz Real Maple Syrup
Instructions:
Add apple brandy, lemon juice, orange juice, and maple syrup to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds, and strain into a chilled coupe.
Mudslide
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Cup Java’s Coffee Licker
- ½ Cup Bourbon Whiskey

or Outlaw Distillery
- 2 TBS Dark Chocolate Sauce/Syrup
- 1½ cup Ice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend and serve. Enjoy!

Stinger Mimosa:
Ingredients:
- Orange Juice
- Stinger Hard Cider
or
Raspberry Stinger Hard Cider
Instructions:
Fill a champagne flute about half full of orange juice and top with Stinger.
Enjoy!
Lazy Afternoon
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Pear Brandy, Eau-De-Vie
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
Instructions:
Chill juices. Mix ingredients in a mixing glass, serve in a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.

Apple Sunrise / Apple Sunset
Ingredients:
- 1 - 3 dashes Lemon Juice.
- ¼ oz Daisy’s Black Currant Licker or Old Steiny’s Blackberry licker
- 1 ¼ oz Aged Apple Brandy
- 2 ¾ oz Orange Juice
Garnish:
Dizzy Bees (Black Currant or
Blackberry, Orange Slice
Instructions:
Pour each ingredient, in order, into a Collins glass and serve.

Sparkling Cranberry Sangria
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- ¾ cup Cranberry Lees brandy
- 1 cups fresh cranberries,
- 1 orange, sliced.
- 1(750 ml) bottle Cranberry Wine
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Stinger Hard Cider, chilled
Instructions:
Stir the warm water and sugar until dissolved, add orange juice and Cranberry Lees brandy and stir.
Add the sliced orange and fresh cranberries. Add the cranberry wine to the pitcher. Stir. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend (You can drink it now but it will be better in an hour).
Transfer to a serving container. Just before serving, add the chilled Stinger.
Servings: 16 serving
Strawberry Basil Springtime Refresher
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup fresh, chopped strawberries
- 1-2 Tsp simple syrup (adjust to tastes)
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- Juice of half a lemon (2 Tablespoons)
- 2 oz. Aged Strawberry Brandy
- Ice
- Stinger Hard Cider
Instructions:
Muddle the strawberries and basil in a cocktail glass, then add simple syrup and lemon juice and mix until fragrant. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice. Add strawberry Brandy and top with Stinger Hard Cider.
Enjoy!
Java-Nog
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Eggnog
(we prefer Rosehill or Winder)
- 1 to 2 oz Java’s Coffee Licker
Instructions:
Combine eggnog and Java’s Coffee Licker in a tumbler.
Enjoy!
Frosty Apples
Ingredients:
- 1 oz bourbon whiskey
Sugarhouse Distillery
or Outlaw Distillery
- 12 oz bottle of Autumn Stinger.
Instructions:
Add ice and bourbon to a pint glass. Top with Stinger and enjoy!
Eggnog with Peach Brandy
~A flavorful twist on a classic favorite~
Ingredients:
2 oz Aged Peach Brandy
6 oz Eggnog (we prefer Winder Dairy eggnog)
Instructions:
Mix eggnog and Brandy in a tall glass. Enjoy!
Avalanche
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Cup Java’s Coffee Licker
- ½ Cup Bourbon Whiskey

- 2 TBS White Chocolate Sauce/Syrup
- ½ TSB Dark Chocolate Sauce/Syrup
- 1½ cup Ice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend and serve. Enjoy!

Cranberry Apple Fizz
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Cranberry Wine
- 3 oz Aged Apple Brandy
- 2-3 oz Simple Syrup (to taste)
- 4 oz Off Roading Session Mead or Stinger Hard Cider
Note: Stinger will give a richer apple flavor while Off Roading will add a rich honey flavor.
Instructions:
Mix cranberry wine, apple brandy and simple syrup in a large glass.
Fill to 2 “rocks” glasses with ice and pour half the cocktail into each glass. Top each glass with Off Roading or Stinger.
Cranberry Mango Sour
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Cranberry Lees Brandy
- 3 TBL Sugar
- 1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
- 2 TBL Lime Juice
- 1 egg white -Optional -
The egg white will make the drink frothier but can easily be omitted.
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blended and Mix until they are smooth. Serve and Enjoy!
Bramble Margarita Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sheldon's Raspberry Licker
- 1 oz Uncle Dan's Orange LiCURE
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 2 oz Buzzzzzed Honey Spirit
(Substitute Tequila)
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Old Steiny’s Blackberry Licker
- Ice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake will for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Orange Mint Buzzzzzed Cocktail
Ingredients:
- ½ orange (cut into circles)
- 6-7 mint leaves
- 1½ ounces Orange Simple Syrup
- 2½ ounces Buzzzzed Honey Spirit
- Ice
- Mint or Regular Stinger
Instructions:
Add the orange spheres, mint, and the orange syrup to a glass. Muddle the ingredients until the orange has released its juice and the mint has released its oils. Add the Buzzzzed and stir to combine.
Fill glass with ice and top with Mint or Regular Stinger.
Love Potion
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup Ice
- ½ Cup Strawberries (Frozen or Fresh)
- ½ Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 oz Aged Strawberry Brandy
Garnish:
Fresh strawberry, melted chocolate
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Serve in a Hurricane Glass rimed with chocolate and garnished with a fresh strawberry.
Twisted White Mocha
Ingredients:
- 6 oz. prepared Stephens White Chocolate Hot Chocolate
- 1 oz. Eau-Da-Vie Brandy

- 1 oz. Java’s Coffee Liqueur
Instructions:
Add the Brandy and Coffee Liqueur to the hot chocolate and top with whipped cream. Serve & Enjoy!
Morning Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Java’s Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz. Ghirardelli Chocolate Liqueur
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a Martini Glass. Enjoy!!!
Mule Kick
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Eau-De-Vie Brandy

- 4-6 oz good quality ginger beer or ginger ale
Instructions:
Combine and pour over ice into a Old-Fashioned glass.
Raspberry Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
8 ounces fresh raspberries
1 pound beef loin steak, cut into thin strips
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
¼ cup Zion Curtain Raspberry wine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cold water, or as needed
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in onions and garlic, and cook until slightly tender. Mix in mushrooms, and continue cooking 2 minutes. Place steak strips in saucepan and cook about 1 minute. Mix in broth, and wine. Bring to a boil.
In a small bowl, thoroughly blend flour with cold water until smooth. Reduce saucepan heat to low. While stirring constantly, slowly pour flour mixture into saucepan. Gradually return to boil while stirring rapidly, until sauce is thick and smooth. Add raspberries, cover saucepan and continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
